The aroma of gourmet cuisine from top Michelin Guide restaurant chefs filled the room as more than 74 investors gathered for the Invest Menu event. And this was not just a banquet: around every corner were hidden secrets, forecasts and lessons from experts in the investment world.

The themes of the day were as sophisticated as the food served. After all, next to the decorated culinary works of art, investors discussed the future of the stock market, the real estate market, and also learned how even a former broker of LHV Bank is wrong.

Real estate experts: Pavel Artamonov and his colleague Anton Kuznetsky were categorical: should we expect a fall in housing prices in Tallinn? Hardly. The average price per square meter does not want to leave the limits of 3000 euros.

Trader Fuad Rasulov fired up the audience with optimism, predicting brilliant prospects for the S&P500 index. Fuad even decided to bet and bet that the index would be at 4590 at the end of the year.

Ekaterina Tint, first and foremost a mother, investor and financial analyst, spoke about her path to creating capital for her children. Her goal is to provide children with the opportunity to have a down payment to buy their first apartment by the time they reach adulthood.

Nellie Janson shared her personal story, reminding us how to determine when to invest. When taxi drivers say that everything is bad - buy, when taxi drivers begin to advise that everything is bad - sell. Nelly also pointed out the very likely possibility of a Santa Claus rally at the end of the year, when stock markets are soaring.

By the end of the evening, the general collective opinion of all investors present determined that the S&P500, according to those present, would be at around 4235 by the end of 2023. And if anyone still doubted, the price for an apartment in Tallinn will not fall below 3070 euros per square meter in the next year, according to the opinion of the entire room.

Invest Menu has become more than just an investment event. It was a place where culinary excellence met financial strategy, where each participant became part of a larger and inspiring story.
