And there can be two points of view. Firstly, if you look at the cost of apartments today, I could sell almost exactly the same apartment for +7k more. This follows from this ad, which is already booked and is very similar to our pension facility.
Therefore, if we add more profits to the pension calculator + 7000, then wow, I have already won against the pension system and immediately in the black by 869, and now our gap will only increase every month.
Of course, you can say that I don't have a broker's appraisal and, in fact, I haven't sold the apartment yet, and really why? The project was meant for several years, not for 4 months. Although I cannot but rejoice at the fact that in 4 months I already got the result that I expected to get in a year or two.
If we remove this potential profit, then, of course, the experiment does not justify itself yet. Moreover, it is difficult to calculate the specific return of the fund, on the site of the pension center for the LHV fund we see 6,5% for half a year, and this is annoying, because it seems to have a strong difference here months. The experiment has already been going on for 8 months and the difference of a couple of months plays a serious role. If you put the same 6,5%, then the gap suddenly increased in favor of the pension experiment by 1430 euros. That is, I am in the red -4704 - 1430 total - 6130 🙁
You can choose one or the other point of view, but it is certainly too early to draw conclusions. Although I must confess, I am pleased with the development of the experiment. At least I don't lose, and that's for sure!
